V Slab Desktop – Legacy Version

Users with a current V Slab 5 Desktop license must download and install
Build Version 2025-2 to continue using the software.
The Key Code Connection Verification method has changed and will only function in the new version.

The V Slab Web App will replace the V Slab Desktop Version. The Desktop Version will be discontinued when all outstanding licenses have expired. The desktop file version is not compatible with the web app database server storage. It is relatively easy to recreate a V Slab bridge design project using the previous input values. For this reason, a viewer was developed to allow users with previous desktop files to open and save PDF reports of the project input data. When the desktop version is discontinued, this viewer will continue to be available on this website. A license is not required to use the viewer.

The V Slab Desktop application is provided as a ZIP archive for companies with existing legacy licenses for the standalone desktop version. Extract the ZIP file to a folder on your computer, then run the included installer.

After converting to the VSlab Web App, companies with previous standalone desktop versions may have .VSB project files that are no longer accessible. To provide access to the project input data in existing .VSB files, a viewer application was created to generate a PDF file. To install the viewer, download the ZIP file and extract it to a local folder on your computer, then run the included installer.
